Taşhan, Hekimhan ilçe merkezindedir. İki bölüm halinde inşa edilmiştir. Birinci bölümde yapının giriş kapısının sol tarafında Ermenice, Selçuklu'nun ortasında, sağ tarafında ise Süryanice yazılmış bir kitabe yer almaktadır. Arapça yazılmış tarih 1218 CE'dir.
