Bu kale Gürpınar ilçesine bağlı Çavuştepe Köyü'nde (Çavuştepe Köyü) bulunmaktadır. MÖ 764-734 yılları arasında Urartu Kralı II. Sarduri tarafından yaptırılan yukarı ve aşağı kalelerden oluşur. Tapınaklar, sarnıçlar, saraylar ve depo binaları içerir.
