Taşhan liegt im Bezirkszentrum von Hekimhan. Es wurde in zwei Abschnitten gebaut. Im ersten Teil befindet sich eine Inschrift, die auf der linken Seite der Eingangstür des Gebäudes auf Armenisch, in der Mitte auf Seldschukisch und auf der rechten Seite auf Syrisch geschrieben wurde. Das auf Arabisch angegebene Datum ist 1218 n. Chr.
